Head RN for The Church Health Center
The Church Health Center of Memphis, a not-for profit healthcare facility is seeking a qualified candidate for its Head Registered Nurse (RN) position. This fulltime position entails providing direct patient care; overseeing RN and supplementary personnel to establish standards of care and practices for the clinic; ensure adequate clinic personnel staffing; and plan and facilitate proper patient flow process. The Head RN is directly responsible for daily clinical staff activities to provide support to providers; as well as provide staff supervision.

Job Description
The Head RN position encompasses a variety of responsibilities that include the above listed and:
•Direct patient care and physician assistance (includes patient check-in, diagnostics, screenings, and medication distribution)
•Coordinate medical staff scheduling efforts
•Develop and enforce policies, processes, and procedures per the mission of The Church Health Center
•Troubleshoot and solve patient, staff, and volunteer questions/issues
•Participate in the recruiting, hiring and facilitation of training of new employees
Education/Experience Requirements
The following educational and experience is required:
•The completion of a degree in an accredited Nursing program-Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired.
•Minimum 5 years experience in an RN position
•At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience
Special Skills & Knowledge
To efficiently perform the duties of this position, candidate must:
•Possess the knowledge required to carry out nursing process
•Be capable in assessing, evaluating, and plan care of patient per scope of physicians orders in primary healthcare setting
•Have exceptional organizational skills
•Have superior management skills (includes the ability to assess, evaluate, and motivate clinic staff)

Dentistry Manager for The Church Health Center
The Church Health Center of Memphis has an opening for a fulltime Manager of its Dentistry department. The primary function of this position is to oversee the day to day operations of the Dental Area.
Job Description/Duties
This position will have multiple areas of responsibility that include:
•Office personnel management
•Management of database and related software
•Monitoring of monthly figures, statistics, expenses, and fee schedules
•Maintain inventory and supplies
•Organization of lab cases
•Assisting Dentists in house and maintain relationships with volunteer Dentists
Education Requirements
The qualified candidate must possess:
•A BS in Business or a related field
•Minimum 3-5 years in an administrative and/or service oriented environment (experience in a healthcare setting is preferred)
•At minimum 1 year of experience in a management position
Special Skills & Knowledge:
The following are required for consideration:
•Very strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office
•A high attention to detail
•Exceptional oral and written communication skills
•Be highly service oriented by phone and in person
•The ability to expertly handle multiple tasks
