MPACT Memphis engages and supports today’s diverse, creative generation of young professionals who want to connect with each other and contribute their unique talents to the community.

Leadership Academy

Leadership Academy Fellows Program is a leadership development program launched in 2004 to give tomorrow's leaders the tools they need to lead today. Selected through a rigorous application process, these Fellows engage in 18 seminars over the course of a year. These seminars prepare the Fellows for work in the community by:

  • providing a solid foundation of self-knowledge so they can understand their strengths, their perspectives and their relationship dynamics with others
  • exposing them to the most pressing problems of today with no apologies for honesty and controversy
  • connecting them with their peer Fellows and hundreds of existing community leaders to become a network of change agents
