Leadership Academy Fellows Program: a leadership development program launched in 2004 to give tomorrow's leaders the tools they need to lead today. Selected through a rigorous application process, these Fellows engage in 18 seminars over the course of a year. These seminars prepare the Fellows for work in the community by providing a solid foundation of self-knowledge so they can understand their strengths, their perspectives and their relationship dynamics with others; exposing them to the most pressing problems of today with no apologies for honesty and controversy; and connecting them with their peer Fellows and hundreds of existing community leaders to become a network of change agents.
